dust captured the earth and touched the planet deeply


i've never dealt well with winter.

this is one of my first poems of this sort where the content has nothing at ALL to do with the subject of the article, which was finding snow on mars.

scanning really brings out the messiness of my colouring... haha

Fantastic! I get the feeling of a broken, disjointed, postmodern haiku. That you're talking about a season may have something to do with that...

i've sort of thought of explaining what the original article was about every time i posted one of these but i wasn't sure if it would take away from it somehow?
